  • Scott Brewer - main speaker / Soul Care


    Scott Brewer planted Meadowbrook Church in Redmond, WA and pastored for over 45 years until 'retiring'. He has a passion and gifting for pastor care, which he has done for over 20 years. Scott now meets with individuals and small groups for soul care and spiritual direction.

    He is married to Sherrie and they have 2 adult sons and 6 grandchildren. He enjoys pickleball, camping and motorcycle riding.

  • Joe Chambers - main speaker / Soul Care

    Joe Chambers is Pastor of Mountain Heights Baptist Church in Buena Vista, CO. He studied at Oklahoma Baptist University, and has completed a two-year certification program in Soul Care from the Potter’s Inn Soul Care Institute and Fuller Seminary. Joe is the founder of Sacred Journey Retreats and author of Field Notes on the Jesus Way and Walking Ancient Paths. He spends available time with ministry leaders by combining discipleship, counseling, spiritual direction, and storytelling to guide them on the sacred journey of living a simple and soul-flourishing life. He is an adjunct pastoral counselor with Crossroads Christian Counseling of the Rockies.

  • Brooke Granade - wives counselor / soul care

    Brooke Granade is a pastor's wife, a mom to 2 boys, 10 and 16 years of age, and a licensed professional counselor in Springfield, OR. She and her husband have been in ministry for over 20 years and currently serve at East Side Baptist Church in Springfield, OR.

  • Micah dodson - breakout leader / consultant

    Micah Dodson is an amateur luthier, an avid bird hunter, a father of three adult children, a husband of one (Kristen), and a church planting strategist.

    He currently serves as the Executive Director of Thrive Church Planting. Thrive is a non-profit that exists to help planters and pastors thrive, not just survive the journey of spiritual leadership. Micah has served in church planting for over 25 years in the Northwest. Having served in suburban, urban, and largely post-Christian contexts, the Dodsons have experience in starting, leading, and multiplying with a variety of church models. Having over a decade of experience running Church Planting Assessment Centers, Micah has developed a passion for mental health for ministry leaders. Micah's strengths are in coaching, training, and assessing church planting leaders. He is trained in Story Informed Trauma Therapy and has a regular case load of people that he serves as therapeutic mentor.

  • greg kappas - consultant

    Greg Kappas was a record-setting pitcher for Marshall University when he encountered Christ near the end of his sophomore year of college. Sensing a strong call to ministry, Greg turned down a free agent contract with the Boston Red Sox and instead went into full-time ministry with Campus Crusade for Christ. Since that time, he has served some of the evangelical world’s most dynamic ministries as pastor, coach, and consultant/strategist. He has had a fruitful ministry in training national and international influencers in multi-ethnic, cross-cultural, and multi-generational local church ministry.


    Greg is co-founder of International Church Planters Summit and Heart of Grace Ministries (heartofgrace.com). In December 2004 Greg founded Grace Global Network (GGN) and serves as President. GGN partners with other evangelical reproducing church planting movements in multiplying new churches around the globe (graceglobalnetwork.org). There are over 100,000 multiplying evangelical churches started and nearly 3 million plus people have come to Jesus Christ through GGN and its various partnerships.


    Greg has authored or co-authored numerous works, including the highly regarded Twenty-five Questions for Planting a Healthy Church, Five Stages for Multiplying Healthy Churches, Recapturing the Art of Shepherding, and Somewhere Inside the Rainbow. He served as General Editor and author for The Timothy Initiative’s Foundational 11 book curriculum which has over 1 million plus volumes in print.


    Greg and his wife Debbie, Phoenix residents, have two daughters, four grandkids, and an energetic lab mix.

  • brad schneeflock - financial counseling

    Brad Schneeflock currently serves with NW Collegiate Ministries in the Seattle area. He studied ministry partner development while earning his DMin with Gateway Seminary. Over the past decade, Brad has trained hundreds of missionaries in how to develop ministry partners committed to praying for and financially supporting their ministries. Prior to his current role with NCM Brad worked as a financial advisor and earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification. If you would like to explore how to develop generous, long-term ministry partners, or have financial topics or questions you would like to discuss (including but not limited to budgeting, debt management, increasing your credit score, life insurance planning, college funding, developing an emergency fund, retirement planning, biblically responsible investing, tax efficient giving, and estate planning) he would love to meet with you! 

  • tim pak & sam chung - worship leaders

    Tim is the lead pastor at The Well. He completed his undergraduate studies at Northwest University and his graduate studies at Talbot School of Theology. In 2014, Tim was diagnosed with a rare degenerative eye condition called retinitis pigmentosa which has left him legally blind. Tim is married to his wife, Sako, and they have three children: Naomi, Noelle, and Isaiah.


    Sam is the associate pastor at The Well. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California and graduate studies at both Talbot School of Theology and Northwest University. Sam is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington and has a private practice counseling from a Biblical perspective. Sam is married to his wife, Sujin, and they have four children: Caleb, Josephine, Madeline, and Bethany.

  • mary habila - breakout leader

    Mary, a church planter's wife, has over 38 years of experience in women's ministries and discipleship. She served as the NWBC Woman's Missionary Union President for five years, is a former Executive Board member of the NWBC, as well was a former chair of the Church Planting Committee. She has been married to Haggai Habila for 30 years and is blessed with three amazing children. They planted Living Spring Fellowship, which has grown to home churches in Des Moines, Lynnwood, and Puyallup, WA. 


    Mary's passion for ministry encompasses women, young adults, and children of all ages, along with prayer. Outside the church, Mary serves as a school psychologist, exercising her passion daily by ministering to teenagers, parents, and colleagues.

  • Jason Moore - Breakout Leader

    Jason Moore is a church tech leader, bestselling author, and practitioner who has been at the forefront of integrating technology into ministry for over two decades. With a passion for helping churches engage with modern tools while staying rooted in faith, Jason has led numerous trainings on AI in the church. His work has empowered church leaders across the country to embrace new technologies with confidence and purpose.

  • josh pasma - breakout leader

    Josh is pastor of Crossview Community Church in his hometown of Kennewick, WA.  He and his wife, Laura, have 4 children. Avid lovers of football, baseball, track, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, soccer, and of course steel drums., they believe everything they do is for God's glory. Josh is graduate of Whitworth University, Western Seminary, and Grand Canyon University, but will never graduate from the feet of Jesus.

  • shawn snyder - breakout leader

    Shawn Snyder serves as the Lead Pastor of Living Hope Church in Medford, Oregon. He has been married to his wife, Tina, for 24 years, and together they have four children: Aaron (18), Rileyann (16), Rachael (14), and Wayne (12).


    Ten years ago, Shawn replanted Living Hope Church , transforming it into a thriving, community-focused congregation dedicated to reaching people, developing leaders, and planting new churches. In addition to his pastoral role, he serves as the Residency Director for LHC and as a Church Planting Catalyst for the Send Network.

    With a deep passion for Oregon and the broader Northwest, Shawn is committed to discovering, developing, and deploying leaders to make a lasting impact in the region and beyond.

  • Keith Wieser - Breakout Leader

    Originally from the nation of Texas, Keith and his family have lived in the Northwest for 30 years and in Pullman for most of that time. After getting married in 2000, Keith and Paige landed in Vancouver, WA for theological training and to minister to students at Clark College. After completing seminary in 2004, Keith and Paige moved to Pullman to minister to college students and in the process, they started Resonate Church.


    Keith is the Founding Planter and Lead Visionary at Resonate, which has grown to a network of collegiate churches in the northwest working to spark an urgent multiplying collegiate church planting movement among college students in the US, Canada and around the globe. Keith and his team are strong learners, innovative leaders and some of the most focused planters on the planet.
