The Continental project

The 'Continental Project' in El Salvador, is a strategic initiative to establish a Training and Relocation Center for pastors, church planters, and ministry leaders who must leave the United States due to immigration challenges. The center will provide temporary housing (up to three months), pastoral care, intensive training, and support for strategic redeployment into churches and ministries across Latin America. It will also serve as a hub for training new local leaders, strengthening the regional mission field.

The land is secured, architectural plans are in progress, and the ministry is being registered as a religious nonprofit with full legal and financial compliance. The project includes community‑focused spaces such as a small park, a children’s playground, a multi‑use sanctuary, and after‑school programs. Together, these elements make the center a continental hub for leadership development, church multiplication, and compassionate support for displaced ministry families.
